No real money is ever staked on match outcomes or player performances, and no monetary prizes are awarded. All rewards within the platform are strictly non-cash, ceremonial trophies, badges, or manufacturer-sponsored sports merchandise.

2. Strict 18+ Age Policy & Verification

Although TopSportsES is free-to-play, we enforce an explicit 18+ age requirement across our platform. Digital sports strategy, competitive leaderboards, and simulated matchmaking are designed solely for mature participants.

During account registration, managers must confirm their date of birth. Any account determined to belong to an individual under 18 years of age will be immediately closed, and any associated game data removed in compliance with the Spanish LOPDGDD and GDPR.

3. Digital Wellness & Self-Care Controls

Healthy sports enthusiasm should enrich life, not dominate it. We provide built-in tools for managers to monitor and manage their digital engagement:

Session Duration Reminders

Managers can configure voluntary in-app session timers. A discrete alert notifies you when you have spent 45, 60, or 90 minutes exploring simulation scenarios.

Voluntary Break / Timeout

Need time away from fantasy fixtures? You can enact a temporary timeout (from 1 gameweek up to 6 months) during which lineup editing notifications are paused.

Account Self-Exclusion

Managers can request permanent account termination and purge of manager history via our automated privacy portal or by emailing our Madrid DPO.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Collusion Protocols

To safeguard the integrity of every gameweek and tournament bracket, TopSportsES utilizes multi-layered algorithmic monitoring:

  • Prohibition of Multiple Accounts (Multi-Accounting): Each individual manager is permitted exactly one registered account. Operating syndicate accounts to hoard player transfers or manipulate league outcomes triggers permanent disqualification.
  • Bot & Scraping Detection: Automated headless scrapers attempting to extract simulation algorithms or execute programmatic transfers are blocked at our web application firewall (WAF).
  • Scoring Audit Verification: Real-world match event data is audited by a two-stage verification process before final gameweek points are permanently recorded to historical databases.
